This frame was shot with a point and shoot Canon Powershot in preparation for my album cover assignment. It was pretty simple: I strapped lights onto my sister, turned off the lights to be in complete darkness, had her dance around as crazy as possible, opened my aperture to 2.8 at 1 second and took a test shot.
